"Jordan was very helpful in switching from another insurance company. He reviewed the previous policies and pointed out deficiencies in coverages and addressed issues I had run into dealing with the previous company. He sent over quotes quickly and updates as needed. Once we decided to switch he had the new insurance setup in a couple hours and cards emailed by the end of the day. The office staff has been very helpful when we call in to finish getting paperwork done for the homeowners and a new vehicle added. Great customer service and going the extra mile make the difference. The coverage between companies was similar, but Jordan really sold us with his group’s service."

"What a jerk! Jordan wound up on my policies by virtue of needing a local agent. He doesn’t listen very well (if at all) and he certainly doesn’t understand who’s the customer when you talk to him on the phone. It literally took 3 messages to get a call back - doesn’t he know I have other choices?!? He’s since been fired! Seriously, there are hundreds of State Farm agents out there. Do yourself a favor and avoid this guy. What a jerk!"

I was instructed to provide a "yes" or "no" answer, which I did, and then you hung up.
