"It was a great 2 years experience being with state farm and Jordan as my agent. Process was smooth and easy, and their rate has always been the lowest, but my rate just got higher this year, so I had to leave and find another one. They are great, but the refund process has been confusing and not easy, I had only use 1 week from my 1month premium. So I was supposed to have a refund, the first agent told me it will be mailed to me in 2 weeks, so I called because its not with me yet, and second agent I spoke, said she can’t see the I had refund, so she said she will call me back, but she didn’t call back, so I had to call back and when I called their office, she had left. So my questions for my refund was left unanswered, so I had to wait till Monday just to speak to her because they said she’s the only one can answer me. I had 4 different insurance, and this is the only experience I had that made it harder for me to get my refund. Just disappointed."
